hibernate.org/dtd/hibernate-mapping-3.0.dtd fails

hi guys

in my hbm.xml files when i use http://www.hibernate.org/dtd/hibernate-mapping-3.0.dtd it fails, any idea why?
Earlier i was using http://hibernate.sourceforge.net/hibernate-mapping-3.0.dtd  and it worked fine.
I am using RAD ide.

Any idea how i can fix this

so migrate hibernate to version 3.6 ? Is that the solution?
