I'm looking for a way to make outlook automatically add a sender to the "blocked sender list" in outlook, when I simply move an email to the junk folder. I've been googling non-stop but haven't found anything. Thanks.

Automatically - not aware of a way.

Manually - right click on the email, select Junk> Block Sender.

Moving it to junk is the same as moving it to any other folder.
