Hello Everyone,
I have a client using Microsoft Entourage on her MAC in a windows domain environment. She can access the exchange server just fine but I'm having difficulty adding the public folders in her exchange settings.

I have tried every derivation of the exchange server name I can think of but still can not get entourage to connect.

Is there something I'm missing?

you could try a couple of things
1. install the EWS client for entourage (http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads)
2. recreate the owa virtual directories (following the kb article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941201)
