Users being removed from Security Group sporadically after user migration

We are actually experiencing a scenario where users that were migrated from A farm over to our B farm are losing their permissions sporadically for the B farm and sites security group. For instance, one user who use to be a member of a Site Owner Group, ended up being out of the group without any human intervention. It seems like whenever AD syncs with MOSS 2007, something funny happens that is causing these users to lose their permissions. Can somebody help me withthis please?

With SharePoint : If you are not using a custom code to sync users from AD or managing Sharepoint groups in AD this will not happen .. AD doesnt sync up directly to groups unless you have defined audience targeting, custom code or sharepoint groups in AD, Please check if there is any change on that and if there is any logic for audience targeting happening

Please share if you are making any changes to AD side as well ?

Did not really provide a solution, but rather explained that it can't be done?
