VB6 FlexGrid displays the email body

Please experts, help me to display the text in the Body" column of Flex Grid in a more compact way.  If it possible of course.  I have attached 2 screenshots  to show that the data is all there.  It is just that when the grid initially populated it only shows the beginning of the text, like in the Screen1.  To see all of the text, the user must increase the hight of the row.  See the Screen2.

Select Body.docx attached is showing how I get the recordset for the grid.
