Removing OCE network printer from SBS 2003 server

Hi Guys,

I have a OCE 2330 network printer that i need to remove. I had no problems removing it from the printers and faxes but when i try to remove it from the print server it tells me that the printer cant be removed becuase the printer is use. There is nothing in the print que and the printer is removed so it must be a fault error. Please help thanks

You could try stopping and restarting the print spool service in services.msc?
Then try removing the printer.
