Mac start up files execution

hi, i
want to find out which files in mac execute when any user logs in. i  want to make something part of these files.
so that every time any particular users logs in . these files must execute.

The simple option :
In system preferences under accounts you will see Login items for each user. You can drag and drop applications in here to make them startup on Login.

The advanced option
Download a program called Lingon. This will allow you to see and edit all startup items for the system and users
