certain email domains being blocked from our exchange 2010

We have an exchange 2010 server and one of our vendors is suddenly getting blocked. I installed the anti-spam plugin and haven't added much of anything except a few words to be blocked in the content filtering section. Is there a way to add a domain exception to the list?

Wizard is not a big deal, just ignore it :)

Accepted domains are used when you need to relay domain ( internal, external or authoritative domains).

I used mxtoolbox to find the IP address of the senders and added them to the IP Allow List.
