Establishing NCP Secure Client - Juniper Edition with SSG 350m

i want to Establish VPN Remote Access in order to give access to Mobile Users to use in house built ASP .Net Pages.

Firewall: SSG 350m
Client : NCP

1) is NCP is only Choice to do it or is there any other alternative with SSG 350m
2) What Setting is required at SSG 350m to Establish VPN
3) What Setting is required at NCP to let it work
4) should i go for IPSec or SSL
5) do above Devices support Both
i have experienced with CISCO Firewall (PiX/ASA), new to juniper

please give your Experienced ideas and light

 NCP is the only professional and official Juniper IPsev VPN client. It's the best.
2) What Setting is required at SSG 350m to Establish VPN
 Please see configuration attached. Contact NCP Technical Support for further assistance if needed.
3) What Setting is required at NCP to let it work

4) should i go for IPSec or SSL
 IPSec. Why SSL if you have the IPsec hardware.
5) do above Devices support Both
 I don't think so.
