Lots of choices, with much dependent upon your requirements. Interactive Intelligence is one of the more powerful / comprehensive options that includes both premises and cloud based choices. Great call center features, too.
Many smaller firms out their offering cloud based solutions built on the Broadsoft platform (Velocity Networks is one example). The bigger carriers such as Verizon, Qwest, and SBC offer a hosted IP Centrex (HIPC) solution.

I have heard of them - their offering is focused on contact center. I do not have a client using their solution but we had them propose to one. That client picked Interactive Intelligence, Inc. (I3) instead, but both were considered quality options. I3 had some hybrid options that allowed for a mix of cloud and prem, plus they were seen as a more complete solution for the client's non-contact center staff. That same client also considered Echopass - but again they were focused almost exclusively on contact center.
Experts Exchange is like having an extremely knowledgeable team sitting and waiting for your call. Couldn't do my job half as well as I do without it!
