I need to forward someone domain email to an outside email address, using AD i see how to do this forwarding to an inside another company email address Exchange General tab > Delivery Options tab...
how to send it to an email address not in AD?

I've done this for several clients. What I did was create a new contact (not user) in the AD environment. Then I give that contact person the desired email address. Then I set up the forwarding the for the desired account to point to the new contact. And you're all set :)
