Recently migrated from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. Users are able to connect from their workstations without issue. When connecting through RPC over HTTPS and through Outlook on Citrix, users get prompted for password. If they enter their password, prompt reappears.

I would like to make this so that no prompt appears at all

if you run outlook using the command
outlook.exe /rpcdiag
you may see if its trying to connect to a server not in the rpc proxy list.

On citrix are you using rpc over http or owa ? if its owa make sure the server is in the trusted sites list in internet explorer.
