Hey again experts!

Okay, I have a PLACEHOLDER form so that a client can look at a design and see how it will work. It's just cosmetic, I DON'T want to actually submit any information -- all I want to do is sent the visitor to an html page when s/he hits "submit" -- regardless of what's in the form.

Simple, right?  :-)

Points for speeeeed! Thanks.
