swap your first and second lines, so it now reads :

echo '<form action="products.php?a=vpf&fid='.$folderid.'" method="POST">';
echo '<h2><b><a href="products.php">Back to all products</a> <img src="arrowsmall.gif" width="50px">'. $foldername.' Folder <img src="arrowsmall.gif" width="50px">';
echo'<input type="submit" name="submit" value="Save New FolderID(s)" /></b></h2>';
