HP Insight Diagnostic - error code 640005 HP Proliant ML330 G6

Hi guys

I have an ML330 ML6 HP server running SBS 2003 for my network. I ran the HP Insight Diagnostic and got the following error HP -Insight Diagnostic - error code 640005- for my hard drive saying that the drive should be replaced. I havent had any issues with the server in the past except for a small problem i ran into today. I tried login in remotely from my laptop but it wouldnt connect. So i walked over to the server to login and it was hung. Nothing was on the screen. I looked at the hard drive light and it was on and steady which i dont think is  a good sign. I am not sure how long it was hung before i noticed it but i didnt see any hard drive errors in the event log. Couple min later the light started flashing again and i had no problems login back in. Is this something i should worry about?? if so what steps should i take to fix this issue?? any tools i can use to diagnose the hard drive to make sure that its in healthy state? thank you

On the Help tab in Insight, select the link for Error Codes and enter that in the search field.  There should be a detailed explanation there.

You also want to ensure you have the latest Management Software since there are known issues in older releases related to this.

Download and install your firmware updates (9.20) and Proliant Support Pack (8.70) updates too.
