Attempting to run the Exchange 2007 Performance Troubleshooter, receive the following error:

Error accessing RPC performance data. The 'MSExchangeIS' RPC performance counters are not present in the file C:\Perflogs\hbsrmb01-20110309165208\hbsrmb01-PDH.blg. Check, whether performance logs service is running in the server.
