Attempting to run the Exchange 2007 Performance Troubleshooter, receive the following error:

Error accessing RPC performance data. The 'MSExchangeIS' RPC performance counters are not present in the file C:\Perflogs\hbsrmb01-20110309165208\hbsrmb01-PDH.blg. The following counters are missing: \\hbsrmb01\MSExchangeIS\RPC Operations/sec,\\hbsrmb01\MSExchangeIS\RPC Averaged Latency,\\hbsrmb01\MSExchangeIS\RPC Averaged Latency,\\hbsrmb01\MSExchangeIS\Active User Count,\\hbsrmb01\MSExchangeIS\RPC Requests,\\hbsrmb01\MSExchangeIS\RPC Requests,\\hbsrmb01\MSExchangeIS Mailbox(_Total)\Client Logons,\\hbsrmb01\MSExchangeIS Public(_Total)\Client Logons

Check, whether performance logs service is running in the server.
