Hi. I've just noticed that in Outlook 2010 in calendar if you have outlook open and you are online it will let you insert calendar entries as normal.
If you then suddenly lose internet connection it will still let you insert calendar.
If though you start outlook and your machine is offline then it wont insert calender entries. It says that outlook must be connected to allow this.
It is ok if offline then open outlook and try and send email it will just store it in the outbox.
Is there a fix for this? If I'm travelling I am not always online before I start outlook.
