Cisco 2621 Config Change

I need to change my cisco interface IP address

My ISP is changing the modem IP and I need to update the current interface 0/0 IP

What commands would I issue using Putty via telnet to change the current to these?

WAN ADDRESS : 184.187.11.210
WAN NETMASK : 255.255.255.224
WAN GATEWAY : 184.187.11.193
DNS : 68.105.28.16 / 68.105.29.16
