Advertisement at Fry's Electronic's in Southern California

I saw an advertisement at Fry's Electronic's in Southern California, in which they will match or beat a competitor's price for the same product.  The PC that caught my eye is a Lenovo Desktop model M90E-3282-A81 which has 12gb of Ram and an Intel core i7-870 processor and 1Tb of HD space.  The price is presently $1099 and I was wondering if I could possibly find the same thing for cheaper somewhere else, but I don't know where to look.

Lastly, since I would like to purchase something like this, is there a way I can get something like this for a whole lot cheaper?  I noticed that most of the products that anyone sells comes with Win7 which I'm sure I'm paying for somehow.

The new i72600 2700 and 2800 which use the new sandy bridge 1155 socket are out now. So you will find tons of deals onthe older i7 series with the 1156 socket
