If I have a xml document file, is it possible to create the xml document file form there? Like is there any code in .NET or anything in Visual Studio that might create the XML schema for me?

Have a look at the XSD.exe utility:  http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/x6c1kb0s%28v=vs.71%29.aspx

You can easily access it by opening up a Visual Studio Command Prompt (which just sets up some environment variables for you).
