Cannot get Video through Panasonic Skype TV

I have a client with a Panasonic Viera Skype TV, I have setup the user name and it connects through their firewall. Although i cannot seem to get Video to work, i have checked the box that says to accept video calls from contacts and added my testing account to the contacts list. When calling, i can hear voice etc. but no video.
Is there a limitation of video over slower networks? If so is there a work around? or why would i not be able to use Video?
Setup is as follows:
Panasonic Viera 42" LED LCD TH-L42D20A (internet test all correct and functional)
Panasonic Viera "Skype" USB camera (works during setup test) w/ mic's
Panasonic Viera USB wireless 'N' adapter (connected to HP ProLiant)
HP ProLiant wireless 'G' router (computers connected can used skype)
ADSL 2+ Network connection (Skype used by PC's works fine)
p.s. I have found very little documentation at all regarding Skype TV, even the tv doesn't have any information regarding the setup and use. Skype just tells me it is available on TV's. Can anyone point me towards any usefull information.
