I haven't since I don't know how. Would you say reinstalling it would be the best option? Also, this question somewhat deviates from original but what's the difference between mailman and phplist?<br />

Is it true that the main difference is just the rate at which emails are sent can not be configured in mailman which is why phplist is a more preferred choice? <br />
