Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone has run into a similar issue as attached. The number of users displayed is 68484 when there are none

Thanks

Never saw anything like this.  Have you looked into the code to see how this number is calculated by PHPList?

I haven't since I don't know how. Would you say reinstalling it would be the best option? Also, this question somewhat deviates from original but what's the difference between mailman and phplist?

Is it true that the main difference is just the rate at which emails are sent can not be configured in mailman which is why phplist is a more preferred choice?

Thanks

Sure - I would try reinstalling first.

To answer the other question would require some really in-depth research, and for that you might want to start with these URLs and make your own spreadsheet of features that you (1) require and (2) desire.  Then you can decide which is most suitable.

If you're a PHP programmer, you might be interested in this (it is quite popular).

And there is this:

In the commercial space, I have found ConstantContact.com to be an excellent SAAS solution.  There are competitors, too.
