Did you tried to call your phones from outside? Some ISDN provider not allowing make outbound call untill you called it from outside!<br />

with PVDM-12 (2) &nbsp; + &nbsp;VWIC-1MFT<br />

yes we tried to call from outside, &nbsp;I can heard that the phone is ringing but we lost the ring tones &nbsp;the files with .raw extension that come with CME. I am reading about how to get these files.<br />

yes we tried to call from outside,  I can heard that the phone is ringing but we lost the ring tones  the files with .raw extension that come with CME. I am reading about how to get these files.

I don't know that much about VOIP,  but this problem is making me learn :)

THe Cisco 2610XM CME crashed, after replacing the faulty part and restored the running-config. The problem we have now is that we cannot make outbound calls.<br />

The IP phones register to the CME and we can listen the dial tone. After dialing nothing, we cannot make calls. &nbsp;<br />
<br />
I am not that familiar with CME configurations I am reading as fast as I can but I would be very grateful if somebody guide me with this problem.<br />

IP telephony (Internet Protocol telephony) is a general term for the technologies that use the Internet Protocol's packet-switched connections to exchange voice, fax, and other forms of information that have traditionally been carried over the dedicated circuit-switched connections of the public switched telephone network (PSTN).
