Exchange 2007 Server CCR Public Folder replication Issue

We have an issue with our Public Folder replication in Exchange 2007 CCR enviornment. we have two servers clustered (CCR), NodeA and NodeB in primary site and another node SCR in remote site. The issue is, public folder is not replicating to NodeB. Status shows as Failed in both NodeA and NodeB. So if NodeA is down, Exchange and Blackberry server will not work even if we changed the ownership to NodeB. We right clicked on the storage group Suspended and Resumed the PF storage group in NodeB but still the status is Failed.
The storage groups and the PF is replicating to SCR without any issue. But the logs are not terminated for PF in SCR since the issue with our CCR2 PF replication.
We have other two storage groups for mailboxes and both are showing Healthy. Only Public Folder storage group is showing failed. The PF database size is 81 MB.
Please suggest a solution to solve the case
