Unfortunately i Have tried reading this manual and I have the setting properly configured to my knowledge i have tried it on 2 different laptops I only keep getting an 777 error. Also the unit seems to be booting up properly from what i read if the orange led flashes it means the os is corrupt or missing right? correct me if i am wrong. I am even willing to pay someone to remote in and fix this because i need this unit up asap. &nbsp;

I bought a EMC CX300 without any knowledge thinking i can use it as a simple disc array , anyways i been googleing on how to connect to the admin page with the serial cable but i keep getting a error 777 , is there a specific serial cable that i may need or can just you use this unit as a simple drive array any ideas? .It has a fiber port and a Lan port <br />
