Hi experts:

Windows server 2003 DC´s on AD domain. User hosts running windows 7. We have a Key Management Server installed 3 months ago on a DC, (master DC).

We want to know wich hosts have been license-validated on the KMS, but we can´t. I´ve tryied to do it with the slmgr.vbs script,  but i think there is no option for this purpose.

¿Does someone know the way to do it?

There is another weird thing to mention. Yesterday, the "Current count" was 23, today is 21. How can this be happening?

In order to track wich hosts have been communicating with the KMS, i went to the event viewer on the KMS. There are hundreds of records as the one i´ve attached. Seems the server is receiving activation requests.

in the attached image i´ve included the configuration information about the KMS and the event viewer record.

Run VAMT: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=ec7156d2-2864-49ee-bfcb-777b898ad582&displaylang=en

You can have it query all your live Vista/7 clients via WMI and it should come back "GVLK" for the license and under license status "Licensed" if that client is activated with your KMS.

I downloaded and installed the VAMT from the link. Added all the the computers in the domain and the csvlk license.

That was fine. Thank you very much. This is just what I need.
