Is there a tool/add-on that I allows me to upload about 900 photos to our website to a photo gallery? We use dreamweaver to publish our site if that helps.  Thanks.

If you drop the photos into a folder in your local site structure in DW, and select that folder and hit upload, it'll upload everything for you, might take a while though. I've found a standalone ftp client is MUCH faster. Once the photos are uploaded, just reference them in your photo gallery. If your photo gallery requires the photos be in a particular sub folder, just ensure the folder you create locally is in that root folder.

I was wondering if their was a script similar to what facebook, etc. uses that will resize the photos to fit the gallery, then hyperlink them, all in a multi-row album.  Probably asking for way too much but thought I would try.  Thanks for quick response.

There are some plugins/addons that are available for DW that can do that. There are usually free/paid version. Here's the DW Exchange link/search for photo gallery plugins.

I wonder if the answer to this might be using another online service (paid) that allows for viewing without a user login.  Do you know of any?  I will start searching.  Also, will try a few of your suggestions.
