backing up vps Microsoft 2008

Hello. I have an VPS server account. Various changes have been made to the server and other services. I would like to back it all up. Can anyone suggest a way to accomplish this?

Thanks.

Hello NT Backup sounds good. Will it capture the server settings as well?
Thanks.
