Hello,

Does anyone know a way that I can take an excel file that has names, addresses, phone #'s, etc. and import it into my Entourage email. I am working off a mac and I use Entourage as my email. Thanks

Follow these steps.

1) Save the Excel file as Text (Tab-Delimited) in Excel's File/Save As menu.

2) Import the tab text file via Entourage's File/Import/Contacts from the above created text file. You'll be able to match up fields.

Hi Sid,

When I go to Entourage's File/Import/Contacts, the word "contacts" is not there. I can only get to File/ Imports. What comes up is a screen that has options below:

What would you like to do?
Import information from an Entourage archive
   Import information from a program
Import information from a text file
   Import holidays

From here, I clicked on the 3rd one "text file" and it brought me back to saving that file on my hard drive. Its not bringing me into entourage.

Does this sound right? I'm so confused!!!

Thank you,

The 3rd option should have helped. I am not near a MAC now but can you share the screenshot of what happens when you click on the 3rd option?
