Remove signature image from users emails (exchange )

Im looking to free up space on my exchange server and notice that all my users are using the same default signature that's using a image 25 kb; which isnt that much alone but i litterally have millions of emails with this as well as the rookie users that have a signature each time they reply.  Does anyone know of away to search and remove this image from each and every email???
