I guess a easier way is to manually update &nbsp;the user name and initials before her/she inserts word comments.<br />

you could insert the macro that I gave to you in the word documents and distribute it to the user.<br />

The code I wrote only works for BRS. I will need to revise the code if you want to include other people.
