Citrix gateway and program neighbourhood credentials showing

Hello,

When a user tries to sign into the gateway, when they click the application icon the citrix client is passing the information from the users LOCAL citrix environment to the terminal server. Appears the user is using a program neighbourhood application set locally on their own domain perhaps and those creds are passing into the secure gatway login process. See screen for example, the windows2003 login window is coming up with their corporate details, need suggestions to fix. They were told to uninstall the local citrix client and reboot , but issue still remains.

i dont't get your problem yet but:
citrix neighbourhood application -> tcp lan client and retired
program neighbourhood agent -> the one who connects to the http web-gateway

is the gateway site in the trusted sites in IE?

When the user goes to connect/initialize the citrix application , they are met with a windows2003 logon window. The interesting thing is the domain credentials passed into the 2003 logon window, shown in screen, are from the users domain (lets call it "userdom"), but the actual citrix web site portal shown in screen is part of a another separate domain and geographical site (lets call it "hostdomain") . Something is messed with the citrix client.
Ok, remove the citrix neighbourhood application won't change anything. If its a local problem you have to be sure the agent service is gone. can the users reinstall the WEBclient from the gateway website?

It is a local problem to the user on "userdom", when i sign into the web portal with their creds it works fine for me. When you say uninstall the "agent service" , not sure specifically what you mean ? I had them uninstall citrix in their add/remove programs.,reboot and reinstall the web plugin, same issue.
ah maybe the client try's to open the ICA downloaded  from the webrowser with the local app. i had this problem once but i can't remember what if done to solve it. open .ica in ieplor.exe?
