Microsoft Expression Web
I have been using MS Expression Web and have been able to access a website on the fly via FTP. The program crashed, now when I try to access the site I get the following error message;
"Could not find a Web server at 'www.????????.net' on port 21. Please check to make sure that the Web server name is alid and your proxy settings are set correctly. If you are sure that everything is correct, the Web server may be temporarily out of service."
I am running Windows XP Pro SP3, I know the website is up and running. Where and how do I check the proxy settings?
