Microsoft Expression Web

I have been using MS Expression Web and have been able to access a website on the fly via FTP. The program crashed, now when I try to access the site I get the following error message;

"Could not find a Web server at 'www.????????.net' on port 21. Please check to make sure that the Web server name is alid and your proxy settings are set correctly. If you are sure that everything is correct, the Web server may be temporarily out of service."

I am running Windows XP Pro SP3, I know the website is up and running. Where and how do I check the proxy settings?

When you go to your publishing settings, have you tried to delete the settings and add them again?  (I don't know if you are using a proxy or if you are connected to the Internet via cable / DSL and a router.)  I am also guessing that you are on the same computer, so you can access the Internet right now.

Have you ran a scandisk / defrag as well?

Also, go to Site - Site Settings.  On the Advanced Tab, hit Delete Files button
