I have a Lucent PSAX 1250 with NS20N360JC DS1/T1 and BA1ACCBBAB CH DS3 and they keep resetting themselves or rebooting and I can't get the shelf to recognize these cards.

Need help troubleshooting this system.

are you sure that you have the right software drivers to support the firmware on the cards? do these cards fail in every slot and do you have other versions of the same card(s) that do work.

to me it sounds like there is an incompatibility that needs to be addressed.

hope this helps,

Looks like I needed to have a Stratum card in the chassis. All seems to be good now- Thanks for the help!
