Sharepoint 2010 web part for corporate directory

Has anyone seen a really good webpart for the employee directory?  One with pictures and that has customizable options and not too plain.

You have a silverlight webpart in your mysite that does just that.

i have one in the mysite by default?  Want something with a lot of bells and whistles.
