Hello Everyone,

Is there a way in Exchange 2010 to have shared per-user read/unread status? In other words, I would it to make it so if one user clicks on a message, all users see that message as read.

It's on the properties of the public folder using the Exchange Management Console, see here for further details: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb691327.aspx

Thanks demazter,
I knew about the "maintain per user read and read information" but found that it did not work if the public folder was added as a faviorite. When added as a favorite, folders seems to maintain exclusive read/unread info no matter what this setting. I would like to both have shared read/unread information AND have the blue number of unread emails to the right of folder as well. Do you know if this is possible with public Folders?

Having just tested this, I can confirm that it is not possible.
