flash in outlook

i want to insert a flash file in outlook so that  the Recipient can see the moving animation in his outlook.
is it possible to do that?
we want to insert that animated picture in outlook as embeded image.

What version of Outlook? If it's prior to 2003, you can.  Outlook 2007 does not allow embedded Flash objects.
