Class not Registered (0x80040154

Trying to create a ecryption key for migration and i type the following:
C:\WINDOWS\ADMT>admt key /option:create /sourcedomain: aps-sbs2 /keyfile: c:\ /k
eypassword {password}

i get the error class not registered (0x80040154)

What i am i doing wrong?

hmm still no go.I get the same result. I am going to try and reboot the server once the user go home will let you know if that works.

Probably as the google search for that particular error elsewhere (not related to ADMT) is pointing into many directions and in my experience with ADMT - I have not seen it.
