Currently I have a terminal server 2003 disconnecing users spasmotically! I have check the switch, cabling, idle settings via terminal services configuration, anitvirus, turned off firewalls but still no luck. All of a sudden I will get users disconnecing when they dont disconnect themselves. Not sure where else to look?

1. Open Terminal Services Configuration (tscc.msc)

2. Double-click RDP-Tcp

3. On the Sessions tab, make certain that either a) Override user settings is unchecked for When session limit is reached or connection is broken or b) if Override user settings is checked for When session limit is reached or connection is broken, select Disconnect from session
