Lotus Notes ConfigFile

I've attached a copy of an notes.ini file. I need to setup a configfile to prevent users intervention.
From the ini file, what are the infos i should include in the configfile. Should the configfike = c:\path be the only entry in notes ini.

I need help
Thanks
Cheers

I've these 2 lines in the Notes.ini and create a setup.txt and ran Lotus Notes..nothign happens.

next, I have rename setup.txt to notes.ini and ran Lotus Notes...All seems good..asked me for the password.

The only problem is it's still asking me for the Additional Services where I need to tick Internet Proxy Server box.

Any idea how to stop that ?? I have set the addiotnal services = 0  or -1
Try putting in

Proxy.HTTP=<proxyaddress>:<port>
Proxy.UseHTTP=1

Rob.
Still doens't work. If i can fix thaat ..I'm laughing. Once this works, I will need a VBScript to create different Notes.ini from a table list.
Mine doesn't prompt me for anything during the 8.0.2 or 8.5.1 client setup, with the config I posted, but annoyingly, no matter what or how I specify the proxy settings, it doesn't seem to take any effect.  In fact, even if I run through it manually and set proxy servers, when I check the Location document, it isn't configured.

I can't test with a 6.5 client, but I'm surprised that yours uses the Notes.ini with the settings, and not the separate config file.

Rob.
I finally got it to work

Thanks

Glad you got it to work.  Can you explain what you did, if it's different to what I posted, just so others can know too?
