Excel 2007 starts configuring frequently

Hi,

in One of my client pc, Excel 2007 starts installing frequently and if i allow that to install it is asking for a restart. the message which i got is attached with the thread.

Go to the programs folder containing the EXCEL executable (not shortcut).  Double-click the executable.  If this starts normally, then recreate the shortcut they use to start Excel 2007.  Create the new shortcut directly from the EXCEL executable.

This can also happen if there has been a change to the drive letter or path to the folder where EXCEL was installed.
