Error message when inserting an object Equation 3.0 in the Power Point slide

When I create a power point file trying to insert mathematical equation, the power point always complains to insert Japanese user interface pack.
I have no CD or whatever in terms of MS Office.
This happens when trying to insert/object "Microsoft Equation 3.0".
Actually I neglect these messages with pressing "cancel" and then I can use the Equation 3.0.
But everytime I access equations, these messages pop up and irritates me.
How can I clean up or suppress this error message?

My PC environment:
- Windows XP SP3 + JPN MUI
- Office 2003 + JPN MUI

Thank you,

It seems that your office interface language is Japanese!
Maybe your language interface pack is installed incorrectly!
Reinstall it again.

This is a full list of interface languages (but i never see japanese!) :

You can also install the latest service pack:
