How to you find a list of tables, queries, and forms in an Access 2007 database?

I am trying to work with the Northwind Database in Access 2007.  In Access 2003, when you opened a database, there was a window which showed tables, queries,  forms, etc.  You could click on an item in the list to use it. I don't see how to do this in Access 2007.
