I have designed some web pages in Microsoft Expression Web. The page appears exactly as I want in Internet Explorer 8. However, In Safari, and I assume other browsers the page layout is deifferent. Am I missing some settings or some code in Microsoft Expressions? Some of the pages are the same in both it is only certain pages.

Example: www.qualityland.net/Arrow/Html/Binders.html

It is centered with Red on both the right and left side of the main page in Internet Explorer 8, it is left justified in Safari.

Add margin: 0 auto; here:

<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="style1" style="width: 800px; height: 1148px; margin: 0 auto;">

Of course it is different in different browsers - you should not base on the IE8 anyway. Use FF, Opera, Chrome also.
