CRM E-mail router outgoing SMTP access credentials
Hi guys,
I'm struggling with the configuration of the CRM email router (4.x)
What I'm trying to do is let the router send and receive mail from several gmail accounts. Incoming is no problem: created a profile, POP3, blahdiblah and set access credentials to user specified so I don't have to create a configuration profile for every mailbox.
But now...........
I try to set up an outgoing profile, server type SMTP and wanted the access credentials to be user specified as well. No go, the option is greyed out and set to other specified so I have give in a user name and password.
That is working but this means that every mail that is send out is sent as that user. And I don't want that. So I could set up a profile for every user........... Nah.
The question is: is there a way to set up ONE outgoing configuration profile using SMTP AND user specified access credentials?
Thanks

You cannot do it with CRM. You need Exchange server to do so.
