BusinessObjects XI Release 2 - Infoview not logging in

Hi,

I running BusinessObjects XI Release 2 and Im not able to log in at Infoview or CMC. (error attached in the picture).

Pls advise.

It looks like your server is down.  Launch the CCM (Central Configuration Manager) from your programs list on the server and check that the main services are running.  If they are, try stopping and starting them back up.  If that doesn't work, reboot.

Im running it on Solaris 10.

Do you know the command line I should use to restart it?

like: ccm -start

I'm not familiar with Solaris.  Are you unable to use the graphical CCM in that OS?

Thats ok :) I found it in some manuals.

businessobjects -start was the command used.
