How to populate a CDF DB from CSV file

I have to migrate from Salesforce to CRM 3.0.
I have exports all the data from Saleforce and can modify to do Bulk import. But many people talk about first exporting to a CDF db then importing to CRM 3.0
I have downloaded the CRM migration pack and have CDF DB but how can i import the CSV files into the CDF?

Many thanks

One way would be to use SQL Server SSIS or from SQL SSMS start for instance a "Import Data" task that will pop up a pretty easy to use wizzard where you select your connections/tables for source and target.

"In SQL Server Management Studio, connect to the Database Engine server type, expand Databases, right-click a database, point to Tasks, and then click Import Data or Export data."
