Hi All,
I tried amazon as well as google but  not much luck.

Can someone please sugest me a good book on Wily Introscope?

You can try the CA Press at: http://www.ca.com/us/about-us/ca-press.aspx
They normally just have the most current stuff on this page but if you scroll down there is a link to sign up to receive information and when you get the confirmation back of your registration I believe there is an email or number you can call and request a book.  
Other than that the only one's I know of are just the documentation packs provided when you take the trainings and online documentation in the support area of the site.  I don't think anyone has done an "O'Reilly" type book on it.
