Outlook Toolbar in Excel 2007

I have an excel spreadsheet that has an outlook toolbar .  I dont know how it got there but  I wanted to know if any one knows how to add or remove this option within Excel 2007.

Customise your Quick Access Toolbar and add the 'Send to Mail recipient' button (from 'All commands') to the toolbar. Then press it to toggle that toolbar on and off.
