Set email forwarding for all users

We are moving our users to a new system and we would need to forward all emails to a new domain (no Groupwise hosted).

So the expected behavior would be:
email --> userN@domain1.com (is kept in his mailbox) --- fwd ---> userN@domain2.com
domain2.com is hosted in a new environment.

My question is there is a way to set up a fwd rule to all users (actually to a subset of them) without needed to ask them one by one to set up that rules? We want to keep a dual system for a while that's why we want to keep emails in both systems.

There may be a third party utility from omni-ts.com (their RIVA suite of software for Groupwise) but otherwise you'll need to ask each to setup the initial rule.  Rules are executed by the POA but setup by the client.  GWAVA's Vertigo may assist as well to setup a rule for all users at once.  There is a 30-day trial available for it at www.gwava.com
